@ Ali shah sb. You are very much lucky that DHA Multan has taken Drastic measures to stabalize their files in such a Drastic slump.
Otherwise these files are available in less than 35 at the moment.

Be patient...you have passed critical time without panic...price is stable and gearing up for next flight to 48lacs as the project has confirmed launch in the last week of January 2017...InshaAllah

Anyway, In all cases DHA Multan is a good buy at this price as compared to the neighbor societies of DHA Multan.

I have recent discussion with Major Amir, Director land acquisition...he confirmed me January 2017.This is the latest what i have...signs are positive as well as new affidavits are only for Phase 1 extension...
