I would like to share that analysis for Bahria Town is as follows:
Sector F Sikandar Block:
I bought for 35 lac in Nov 2014 and now its around 68 lac.
Bahria Orchards Phase 3
I bought at 80 thousand own in January 2016 and it went to 20 lac in August, now its down to 15 lac. but still its pretty appreciating.
OPF Lahore:
Bought 1 Kanal at 85 lac in Jan, now its around 100.
I would say Bahria is still investors heaven if any body want to invest for short term.
