Technically we are now in a slump period as many sellers and very limited buyers due to many reasons such as FBR, Tax etc. In my opinio n, it will now take a time for market stabilization and minor growth will happen in developed under price societies might be from march 2017 onwards. Currently,not much sale purchase is happening in lahore market. I am positive that In Sha ALLAH situation will improve during next few months. |
