What is the usual difference between buying and selling the same plot?
For example if I buy a plot in Bahria for 50 lakh today, and if I sell it tomorrow, what price should I get?
By tomorrow I mean the very next day.

In this situation you can get almost 1 to 5 Lac less price in today's market. If u buy 5 marla plot then ur loss can be between 1 to 1.5 Lac. If you buy 10 marla that loss can be 2 to 2.50 Lac and same will happen with 1 kanal and loss can be 3 to 5 lac |
