This article is talking about small and medium fish.
Big fish dont use bank accounts but carriers and sea boats (sea launch) to get the money transfer. Dubai can not dare to ask them else economy will collapse. Already oil is down.

Time to come back to Pakistan.
Yes its right time to park Investment in Pakistan because of very favourable conditions like Amnesty Scheme.
In Dxb source to be shown while in Pakistan no source to be declared for your Investments.

If Pakistan GOVT announces another amnesty scheme then money will come back otherwise it will fly to somewhere else.
