phase 7 commercial will serve proper 1 kanal and 2 kanal house reidents, so better brands expected to rent plazas over there, while 9 town is mostly 5 marla and comm would only serve middle class so mostly general stores, beauty parlours etc will come. however, location wise 9 town is superior no doubt. |
