Iam an overseas Pakistani and earned hard earned money in sunlight of saudi Arabia.iam looking to construct 1 kanal house single story in Bahria town ( phase 7 & 8 ) or Dha Rawalpindi.I need valuable advice from anyone regarding which one is better for family living.which one is gated safe economical approved society.I have 1 crore + Budget.if I sale it afterwards then is it easy ?
