Under the current prism price scenario, One should prefer buying a PRISM 10 Marla file @53+13 development charges i.e. 66 lac instead of DHA Multan at 41 +19 dc i.e. 60 lac....

There is no comparison between 10 marla Prism & DHA Multan file. DHA Multan is less expensive at 41 lacs, total 75000 transfer charges & file is yours. Hassle free transaction. Prism 10 marla is 53 lacs+ 2.5 lacs transfer charges, taxes etc.

Comparing DHA multan with prism 10M is interesting. A few months ago, people were comparing it with 5 M. It shows the potential of DHA multan. In short term Multan is better than prism (Only if it launches, while in long term prism is good and safe investment.
For Multan one need not to worry about development charges, they have to be paid after 4 long years.
