DHA 9 Town New upcoming Investor Haven,

Recently 25-28 new house maps have been approved and let alone in a week 8 more have been submitted for approval. This is clearly generate a lot of interest in forgotten 9Town. Main access from Phase 6 is also due to complete in few months if not few weeks.

I also believe this will uplift the dead 9town investment, however I have observed that sellers have been very patient in 9town and holding onto their investments. The matter of fact is one cannot digest the logic of investing in R Block Prism which is 5-7 years further away from getting possession and it currently sits at same price bracket as 9 town where on ground possession is available. Rest Allah Suban Talla knows better and hope we all have a guidance on the right path. Jazak Allah khair.
