Under the current prism price scenario, One should prefer buying a PRISM 10 Marla file @53+13 development charges i.e. 66 lac instead of DHA Multan at 41 +19 dc i.e. 60 lac....
PRISM 10 MARLA FILE WILL GIVE MUCH MORE RETURN IN NEAR FUTURE AS COMPARED TO DHA MULTAN 1 KANAL !!!! MARK MY WORDS!!!!!

How can a 10 Marla compete with 1kanal! No doubt prism is in lahore but then phase 7 where possession is already available price for even 1kanal is maximum upto 180 so how much do you think prism go? And that would be in very long term too but not at all in short term. |

Shahzad Bhai - Please check the current prices of 10 Marla DHA (phase 5, 6 and 8) which are considered as benchmark for future Prism.
Although DHA Multan is good in short term (if they launch) but no comparison with DHA Lahore. |

Please Disregard my above comment , i did not focused on short term and PrismFILE. (in comparison of DHA9 FILE vs DHA Multan Phase 1 File) DHA Multan File is better choice but on medium/long term (DHA9 Good Location Plot of 10 Marla is better than DHA Multan).
