Turn key cost of 10 Marla house,

Dear construction expert AOA
I am in process to finalize a contract with a contractor for renovations of 10 marla house.
Plz. Mention which things should keep in mind before finalization of agreement. Contractor did not mentioned item wise cost of each and every thing rather mentioned total cost. Thx. In advance.

You should have detailed contract with items and its quality to be used.
that way you will know where to spend more and where low quality will do the job.. even you can reduce total cost while going in details and its also safe for you.

Better review some Old contract, see some easy Book like " Apna Makan Khud Banwain" from Ferozesons

Most Important is Not to release Money Fast and should be Slow and make it Clear to Contractor as Towards end Most Thekedar Lose Interest as they Have already gained and More is Loss, Usually Grey structure Coast only 40% and Final Finishing another 60%, So don't get deceived By paying more money once grey structure is Completed, Grey Structure Gives Bird Eye view that House is Completed which is wrong
