DHA Lahore Phase 8 Possession Open For House Construction

Congratulations! to All Phase 8 Holders. Finally DHA has announced possession for construction in all blocks of Phase 8 from 29 th December 2016 except X and Y2 block.

Note:- X and Y2 blocks will get possession within next 6 months.

It is a really a good news. Previously DHA mentioned block with plot numbers open for possession in its website.
Also we did not receive any official letter from DHA regarding opening of possession.

Thanks, Can you clear a query about Face direction of Houses on main roads?? Whether these will facing inwards or towards main 120 or 160 roads??

Y block which is on the other side of LRR was too deep,, is it developed now to be given possession, or am I confusing it with Y2?

The layout of DHA-8 is designed with extreme safety and protection. The exits & entries are numbered and all houses will be facing insides.

It means they will not have any extra impact of Main Road or Commercials also because that factors will be at the back of house??? Can CMY please explain this aspect. Also how to now proceed ahead for building of a house in Phase 8 please??????

In my opinion, it must be outside because of the following reasons;
1) All 2 kanal houses in phase-8, W,X and S blocks are facing towards main bulevard.
2) Availability of service road with all main road plots.
3) If inside would mean that V block main road plots would face towards graveyard, that does not sound good.
4) If inside it would damage the beauty of broadway commercial road.
5) Same Broadway commercial road passing from phase 8 to Phase 6, All phase 6 main road plots are facing towards main bulevard.

So please things are clear don't make it complex.

Re entry of main road plots

Also checked with Dha. Entry of all the main road plots will b facing main road.

It's a folly to think otherwise
