This is regarding your message in Whatsapp group about Royal Residencia Lahore. Can you please provide feedback to my following concerns for the Installment Plots. Please note that these concerns are based on my worst experience with all-time notorious Eden Group.
1. As you mentioned in Whatsapp message that Royal Residencia’s development is better than even Bahria Town, are you sure? Have you personally seen this society?
2. Can you please provide a copy of Contract between Royal Residencia and the client for instalment plots?
3. What is the past record/experience of Hussnain Group for delivering such housing projects?
4. Will they provide the possession of instalment plot within the promised time frame?
5. And the last but not least; what is the assurance that they will not ask for additional money before giving the possession of plot?
Thank you for your kind response which will help me in deciding about investing in this project.

Society seems better from outside . plus its just 10 mints drive from Gaju Mata Metro Bus stop and from Valancia and very near to other socialites
Worst points : Location in front of ROHI Drain and close to Defence Road Fly over and very near to populated Factories . |
