I am currently surveying the market to buy a commercial file in dha 9 town and a friend told me that land there is disputed?

Is that true?

DHA Town has also access from Prisim in future. The wall we in map, in fact there will be no wall in between Prisim, Town and Askari 11. Many wide roads will be connecting vicinity. That is the reason Prisim Q & A blocks are on top.

There is no problem of approach. Solved few months back. Also Town is the entrance to prism. This means even the deeper plots would be ahead of Prism. Please if possible visit the site

I personally visited Town and see multiple entrance such as from phase 6 CC2 (which goes directly to phase 8 as well), from Askari 11, from Prism and from Bedian Road. I would suggest to everyone to do investment here hence prices are quite cheap otherwise as per CMY, It would touch 370Lacs in near future.
