Indeed Tahir,in Phase 7 upper cutting you get plots at the same price as prism, especially in Z1/Z2. Phase 7 is reality today whereas prism will become a reality not before next 6 years. Considering Phase 7 is underpriced, its the best venue for investment.
Just for clarification, prism is a very good 5 years (long term) investment and its price will keep on increasing and decreasing during next 2 years mainly keeping at the same level as it is today.
