One can have a much better PRISM 10 MARLA plot with the same price ...then why to go to DHA Multan!
prism 10 marla available at 60+9 remaining dc =69
DHA Multan 46+20 dc=66
CHOICE IS URS!!

in prism, plots even at boundary are above 65 and average 10 marla plot is around 75
if there is any average location 10 marla in 60 lac, i will buy that

DHA Multan 1Kanak has much more potential as compared to 10 Marla Prime etc.

Firstly there is not comparison between DHA Multan 1 kanal & 10 Marla prism. Even at price level, DHA Multan is cheaper with nominal transfer charges. 10 Marla prism is 20 lacs costly. IMO over a specific time period, let's say 1 year, 10 marla prism will slightly gain more than DHA Multan. However, both will be undeveloped after 1 year.
