I am stuck in DHA 9 town for more than a year. Is it worth to wait for another 6 months or shift to societies near ring road?

Exactly , prices are stuck in DHA 9 Town for more than a year.. Mean while prices of other option are increased many times
Like : DHA Rahber, DHA Prism etc

To be honest, no good hope in my view on the gains in DHA town.

Reason are dealers in Pakistan, why ? hype is created by dealers. So do you see any discussion on DHA town ?
So it will gain only with time and at very normal to nominal speed.

Again above is my personal view and I can be totally wrong

Exactly , plots prices are also stuck for a year .
Meanwhile other societies prices are increased

Prices are also stuck of DHA Rahbar Extension. When prices will jump...??

Market will be active. Very positive and smooth. انشاءاللہ Multan activities are proof of this. Investors may take out money from Multan project and move to Prisim and Phase 10. Prisim this year jump is still pending. Also DHA Town balloting for remaining file is not far. DHA had some issue with landlords that has been resolved now.
