I am holding one kanak plot 856 in B block of DHAPrism. Uptill now nothing is being heard about the prospect of B block. No one is discussing B block as if this has no value or importance. My above plot is near to corner 120 ft road and in front if facing park. Its a valuable plot in my view. What is ur opinion. Kindly throw some light. Should I hold this plot or should sell it upon good offer. I am double minded on this issue. Regards.

I believe you should sell this, as location of this plot is average and less chance of increment.

B block prism is a hidden lottery, The day DHA would start underpass between phase 5 and M block ph5, B block will get huge jump over night, i suggest to hold it, baqi up to you

Zafar Abbas sb. Thank you for your trust in my words.
I Always termed B block as "Hidden Gem" in PRISM. AND I have discussed a lot about this hidden gem.
Looking into your plot on map i must say one line statement just wait for "underpass".
That Dha plan to build between phase 5 & phase 5 extention. This portion will be entry point of PRISM from phase 5 "In shaa ALLAH" & you are sitting on the face of this.
Don't be double minded & Just stick to your Investment if you didn't have any strong need to sell it.

Perfectly said by brothers Observer and Surfer, no doubt B sector is a hidden gem. I am holding B-250, your plot is far better than me.
