People who bought these files/plots few years ago, they are suffering because Bahria has not yet delivered them plots. It has put question mark on Bahria's credibility. However, it's very good for investment if you have holding power up to 2-3 years. Because the prices have lots of potential to increase in near future.

Bahria Town, You have no other option than holding it, In Past in Bahria it has happened and they have very tactfully managed the tough situations.
They have developed many tactics to tackle Land shortage situation which is a common issue with most developers who sell Files [DHA is exception who issue files against Land]
There will be some clear Land some relocations some mergers and some people will take refund,
I remember 10 years Back situation people were waiting like this and most who remain patient got 500% Profit
Needless to say most of Land in Bahia was sold to people less than one lac per merle in 2005 to 2007

The same situation for bahria orchard phase 2 OLC off ground plots. I paid my last installments by the end of 2012 and still there is no news of land acquisition and procession.
I intend to hold it for another 3 years. If someone has any information kindly share.

sam advice fo you, There are o Big Issues in OLC, Developer does not leak information when they intend to decrease the number of Files [ so that some Panic People exit and they can make adjustments] so better stick to it, There is high chance you will get

Bahria orchard phase 2 posession has been announced. My plot is also off ground. I had visited bahria office. There i was told i can apply for possession. But when i asked how bahria can give me the possession then representative told me that if i apply then it will come in to notice of bahria to start development on that area. it make sense to me. BTW development on C block is started.
