Could you please give the breakdown for transfer charges of Prism 5 marla, 10 marla and 1kanal for non-filer.

Stamp duty - 45,000
Documentation - 5,000
Amnesty tax - 22,500

Total cost -191000

Transfer fee - 76,500
Member ship fee - 37,000
