Both are good investments ,but phase 2 has become diamond of Bahria town projects .It is very nice investment as possession of LCO ph.2 has been announced. Pick up 8m plot in C block anywhere for handsome gain. |

Is it wise to sale ph3 now and invest in ph4 or do you recommend ph3 hold since there seems to be new boulevard with new commercial coming in ph3? |

Sheikh sb, phase 3 is also a good location phase ,hold it 6 months more.If you want to move ,then your are advised to buy in phase 2 possession plot in C or D blocks . |
