Dear Members,
Hope you all will be in good shape.
I want to transfer the ownership rights of my house to my wife which is in final stages of construction.
The house is being built in Eden boulevard college road.
I would highly appreciate if some one could advise me the procedure and cost (taxes etc.) involved in this transfer.
