I have a plot in Bahria Orchard J block; 763 J. Should I hold this plot or move this investment to some other option.

Plots in J-block used to have market value around 50-55 lacs, currently people are demanding 40-45 but they are unable to find the buyer. This is not a good time to sell, I suggest wait for few months because market is expected to grow very soon.

Not a good time to sell. Price asking range of J-block has dropped from 55-60 lacs to 40-45 lacs and even there is no buyer. If you wait few months then you can get a good gain in price

Market is getting better day by day, only 1 or 2 months wait can give you 3 to 5 lacs benefit. Now a days, only hunters are hunting innocent Doves.It is buying time , not selling anything.Good luck.
