Can somebody tell me is it wise to buy a plot in Bahria orchard Phase IV for short term return e.g. 1 year. Are these plots on ground?

Plots are not on ground
Bahria has patchy record - they may or may not deliver - this is a gamble. This land is also being resold and old bahria plot holders have lost money |
