I have a querry is it feasible to purchase 3 kanal files in dha multan or one excellent plot in dha prism phase 9 ?

adding on to your question, i'd like to know CMY sb opinion on projected % increase in DHA Multan vs Prism in next 3 months as it seems quite likely DHA Multan will be launched latest by Mar. |

DHA Multan is short (6M to 1Y) and long term (3Y onwards) . Phase 9 have converted into long term. Now its up to you to select when you need your money to be doubled.
You can still gain more in 3 files of DHA Multan than prism (even the best location, no matters much) |

DHA Multan at current price if it does not launch till end of current month (jan-2017 according to experts prediction), i will not go for it (at current price of 50+ Lakh including commission+Tax+Membership Fee), instead i will go for 1 Prism above average (not best location) plus 1 DHA Multan File in approx same budget. (If i have plan of medium-long term) |
