Dear Sir
current price of 1 kanal file @ DHA10 is 57 Lakh while 5 marla is @30.
whereas DHA9, 1 kanal file is 80 and its 5 Marla @32.75
Can some one guide me , what should be the justified price of 5 Marla DHA10 for buying, if 1 Kanal is 57 Lakh.

clearly Prism 5 marla file is underpriced and phase 10 5 marla file over priced |
