Understood but these plots are cheaper than DHA 7 cca's and much cheaper than prism which dont have possession either. I am surprised thats all then the DHA 9 town file should be lower than this no? Which is trading at 282 as its not even on the map yet and just oppo of cca2 on the other side of bedian road.
Is there any other issue with these plots |

Understood but these are cheaper than DHA 7 ccas and also the dha 9 town which is oppo side of cca 2 dha 6. Why is that? Both of them dont have possession. |

In D-block, prices are more than 360lacs for 4 marla than how it can be such a huge difference between prices??? |

Ahmed same issue...this as cheap as the files of dha 7 commercial or cheaper than dha 9 town file which will be on the oppo side of bedian road...i am confused |
