Dear All,
I want to know about difference between DHA Multan and its extension.
1- Locations?
2- Expected Launch together or separate?
3- Rumor for its inauguration came few times before but they did not do so. any reason behind this

well if this time they cancel it again i wont be amazed , usually in multan side the culture of housing arrived decade ago and people started living in societies but its in same culture that new housing society it takes years to get people attention and a good amount of investor to set project , same thing d.h.a multan facing and i would say they should not launch before 2020 so that maximum people can gain and invest , they should launch commercial files and plot size before official launch |

its my wild guess . not confirm
1. location is same. as now a days dha multan is aggressively buying land in moza gagraan, kotla saddat , tahir pur and other moza's too . someone told this buying is for dha phase 1 ext. and its exactly the same location as of dha phase 1.
2. I guess launch will be separate. but as I said dha is buying land for phase 1 ext. they may delay launch of phase 1. and launch both together.
3. rumors are to launch in march |

Earlier it was January 10, but now again rumor is in March.
On ground, DHA gate has been fixed only as a token of confirmation that DHA Multan is coming? |
