We have investment in ph.7/x/2k and ph.9/1k.
We want to sell. Which one has to be sold in ph.7 or ph.9.
What are your vieuws pls let me to know.

Both will yield good results and excellent investments. Phase 9 is much better than phase 7 location wise but on the flipside, 2 kanal plots in all new DHA phases are a handful and particularly phase 7 2x kanal is still low priced so huge potential once phase 6 fills up. Both plots are good. You can not get a 2 kanal plot in the same price ever again in my opinion whereas you will always be spoilt for choices for a one kanal plot. |

WS Brother. One can only compare if you specify your ph 9 block atleast. More likely from this point onward your ph 9 will still give you higher yield than your ph 7 X. |
