Any recommendation about DHA Multan Phase 1 Extension, should go for Phase 1 or Extension

you should buy phase 1 as launching is expected in few weeks and jump of 5 to 8 lac is expected |

Dear there is a almost 11 lacs difference between both. if anyone can afford phase 1 @49 + tranfer charges go for it. otherwise go for ext @38. its all about your bedget |

Ext at 38 is not recommended.
If you can afford then go for Phase1.
Extension is expected to cool down after phase 1 launch as extension launch is far far away. There will be ups and downs in it so you ll have plenty of time for it. |
