Can anyone please share information that why prices of E block in State Life Phase 1 are low as compared to other blocks? Is the pocession available there and are all facilities available? If yes, then is it a good investment opportunity?

Two main reasons are Firstly it comes at most distance from main gate. Secondly demand supply reasons. E block plots are always most for sale compared to other blocks because it is the largest block and as soon as this supply is exhausted in future then prices will be at par with all other blocks as E block will also be closest to Prism. |
