This is good news. Anyone have idea how much premium this would add to the price of B block, especially upper section?

We are waiting for Mr. CMY to put the details on web site as well. He sent this MARKET ALERT on whatsapp. I think this pass will connect Phase-9 and Phase-5 under ring road.

Congratulation to all PRISMERS specially upper block holders A, B, C, D, P, Q & Phase 5 M block holders long awaited DREAM COMES TRUE. Underpass on its way to boost all this area & as well as Beadian road expension started. Finally CMY is as always on top to break this wounderfull news. B block I always termed as "hidden gem" now going to shine. "AL Hamdulillah" soon.
