Comparing DHA Multan no matter DHA Brand state of Art, Golf Course, community center etc with already developed like Wapda Town,Buch Villas is not a fair comparison (instead misguiding innocent people). DHA Multan will minimum takes 5 years and maximum 10 years to give possession (having many ups/downs in between this period). For DHA Multan installment , maximum beneficiaries will be Army Officers of south punjab and these will be prefered in every way (Discount Installment plots + Best Locations in balloting + discount development charges), so i do not think that at this price of 52+ Lakhs, there is any juice left for civilians in short/medium term in current market situation. Instead DHA 9 (10 marla file) or DHA 10 (1 Kanal File) are much better options . Abu Aryan, KB and other Multan Investors should be happy if they sell at this price. |
