Dha multan,

After listening to CMY audio message and following the pattern of DHA Peshawar, I came to conclude that DHA Multan 1 kanal file will remain stagnant for the next 3 years ( until the time, the installment files option remains open! ) and cannot exceed above the current price of 50 lac for at least next 3 years!!!!
About DHA Peshawar:

3 years - bada hee jazbati review hai ap ka ... royal orcahrd 4 km away are demanding 120+ (no proper deliveries yet) and buch villas with delivery is at 120 but they map restrictions for their depressed rates.
DhA peshawar land had some problems and disputes otherwise it must have been 80+ by now...

There is a hell of difference in the locations of these socities, the peshawar is on the verge of qabaili agency where law and order is a never ending issue, on contrarary to this location and situation of multan is very very pleasant. Think about it.

Hahahahaha......Seems Mr. Anticipation is paid by Prism for ditching DHA Multan, that's why putting same comments with different names and everyday coming up with new strategies and names.

Bhai apko kion DHA Multan walon k bachon ki khushi hazam nhi ho rhi....agar DHA Multan ki waja sy apka Prism grow nhi kr raha to hamary peechay kion pray ho..Ye Multan ki property market hy es lye aap ki bohat bohat meharbani hogi jo aap apni science Lahore tk hi rakho to acha hoga. We residents of Multan know very well about ground realities, location of the project, surrounding societies and mentality of the investors of Multan.

I bought @28.65 in November 2015 and now you can see where it has reached. In sha ALLAH ye aisay hi grow hoti rhay gi.

There is no comparison between these societies' wrt to location and the attached security threats with Peshawar location.

Yes, it has been agenda of some people to portray DHA Multan as the worst investment. but Prism is best. Don't Know why they mislead people. DHA Multan in next 3 years is above 1.25 Crore. People, please don't jealous and it's still time to buy. if you haven't bought it and don't wanna buy it then don't spread misinformation.

DHA Multan file is expected to be launched on 65- 70 lacs.Future expected file price will touch around 90 lacs at end of this year due to fast track development programme.Do compare DHA with existing prices of other housing colonies in multan..

these kind of people have pain in A** about Dha multan because they could not buy it at lower rates and now bad mouthing Dha Multan here & there. I have listened CMY audio too He just said short term player will quit. and in long term(2-3 years) Dha Multan will gain massively.

I am also a long term investor of DHA Multan and bought when file rates were below 29 and Alhamdulillah it is more than 50 now. I am resident of Multan and can say confidently that DHA Multan will be one of the high end projects in Multan history. Keeping in view its location and the average price of the surrounding societies DHA Multan is expected to gain too much in future. it is only time game.
