hello everyone, i want know about the construction cost of 8 marla 6 storey commercial plaza in dha? what will be the construction cost for grey structure and what will be the construction cost for finished plaza?

Commercial 8 Marla.
Grey Rate.
Basement = 1900 / sft
Ground+Mezz = 1600/ sft
3 floors above = 1700 / sft
Finishing rate = 1750 / sft.
Lift cost (6 Per. Hyundai) = 3 to 3.5 million.
Final rates will be given after going through drawings.
Note; The above mentioned rates have been shared by a renowned construction company .
