I am planning to construct a house in Phase-6, DHA, Lahore. Just for an initial idea can expert tell me Per Sq-Ft construction cost for a practical, standard quality and energy efficient house with not many frills. Also please give any references of reliable and competent builders.

A class Approx 2500 to 3000 Per Sq feet
B cLASS 1800 TO 2500 |

Thanks for reply. What is specific with "A" Class and with "B" Class? What are the main differences in A class and B class. |
