1 Kanal @6.8 Million difficult to digest as compared to 10 Marla @3.5Mil.

If 5 Marla is at 4 Lakh/marla and 10 marla @3.5 Lakh Per marla, then 1 Kanal plot should not be more 6 Million @ 3.0 Lakh Per Marla.

Maybe location of Kanal plots is better as compared to 10 marla that's why higher rate

Expected prices for 1 kanal plots and 8 marla commercial looks very high.
