I am thinking to buy for investing purpose and rental for future in zone 1 commercial main Blvd 8 Marla on 150 road
Price is very high right now

What is the rental potential on this investment ? How much monthly rental to expect ?

dear sir
commercial plazas in phase 6 are available around 14-15 crore rupees, that generate 9-10 lacs income now a days and its just a start.

DHA 9 Prism will be even better, unwise to quote any figure but it will be better than phase6 in terms of return on investment
