Can u please explain .if the price of DHA instalment file for One KAnal is 68 lac then does this mean that the files we have for one kanal will also be valued at 68 lac .

It is not possible. Installment plots are always expensive than plots on cash. The difference between cash and installment files would be there until instalments are done. |

As of now the cash file value should be 56 to 58 Lac. After ballot the cash file wil slowly increase to match with installment plots in 3 years. Anyhow the file shall not fall below 56 now. |
