Could be two reasons:
1. Those who missed DHA Multan train want to get on any other train even though launch may be far off.
2. Big players who can manipulate the market, make short-term profit and exit |

It means prices would come down to the level of slightly above the starting prices within some months, may be slowly instead of rising further? |
