These rates do not coincide with your daily market rates. For example, DHA phase 7 plots of 2 kanal have been listed above for 250-320 whereas your daily update states 225-250. Differences in some other ranges too.

Looks like PRISM has again increased in values as now it is touching 150lacs for max range. Not to mention market is still slow, so its keeping its position and also improving.

CMY saab predictions will inshAllah be true when he said PRISM will follow PHASE 8 price trends in future. Lets just wait for market to improve and this dull phase to end. Future looks Good for Prism InshAllah. Plus the recent M block underpass and Bedian road widening along with Ring road from other side will make it very attractive.
