Plot near 940 , 5 marla extra corner evaluate pls, it is third time asking, please any expert reply, going to buy it

I think DHA will offer extra land on less than market rate may be on DC or FBR rate... LRE can confirm |

Extra land is paid , is this the correct way to calculate it, 10% for corner =1300000, value of 20 marla 13000000, and 5 marla extra value = 3250000,
Total= 17550000

i think price of extra land also depends on shape of extra land... is it making the plot unsymmetrical... above calculation.seems to be the upper ceiling of its value.. BTW how DHA charge for extra land? on market rate or DC rate? |
