I heard that dha phase 8 block z jis ka ye pind tha usko dha na 25% of the 5 Marla plots de deyan because us ka pind tha... ab us Banda ka pass 25% control ha pura block par... meaning agar wo Aj bachata apna plots price of 5 Marla plots can decrease by 50% ... most of the real estate is controlled by people like these... LRE how long before someone can get a possession in this block z.
