In june i will have around 70-80 lakhs for investment in lahore ?
What would be the best place for long term gain?
I am not looking to sell immediately and as long as there is steady gain for 3-5 years i can wait. Maybe one day build my own home at the plot.
Suggestions welcome

I dont understand much about property business. So please clarify the suggestion

Sui Gas Phase 2 or AWT Phase 2, especially because you want the option to build. Visit and see for yourself and then decide. With the ring road, everything changes in that area. In your budget you could get the best plots in those societies.

DHA bahwalpur 1 kanal cash file 32 lac
DHA town 5 marla file 38 lac
Above 2 options are under price now. You can invest to gain high returns.

I will strongly suggest buying DHA Ivy Green in this budget as under rapid development for next Dec 2018 possession.

You can also buy 10 marla in Prism

You can buy two One DHA Gujranwala and one DHA Bahwalpur.

"In shaa ALLAH" best for you is try to buy in PRISM 9, 10 marla. In sector C,R,J,K in order of pirority wise according to your budget. "In shaa ALLAH" give you good gains and you can also make your own dream house in medium term as you said.
PRISM is at the moment is at fast track of its development and one day in near future you will be able to fullfill your dream.
Buying Tip,
Try to buy only Good location. &
Think hard to invest your hard earnings.

Mr. Badar. I will recommend you to go for a awt phase 2. because of the following reasons.
1- No qabza group
2- possession.
3- in your budget
4- Safe
5- Perfect Location.

@hm being an expat , safety of investment is a concern. Sui Gas 2 or AWT are safe investments in your opinion ?

Thank you Mujahid Sahab. I will get in touch with your team. It seems only 10 marla is an option in lahore and not 1 kanal anywhere :(

I will visit these areas of prism but what i wanted was a 1-kanal place. guess that is not possible in my budget in lahore :(

You can buy 1 kanal in Central park ready for construction and good for investment.

Salam,
I guess if u increase ur budget b/w 85-95 then u can get a 1-kanal plot in prism but then u will have to pay remaining dev. charges quarterly.
