I wish to buy a commercial plot that can be constructed after 1 year and be rented right away. The location shall be DHA Lahore. The budget to buy land is around 50 Million but it can be increased by selling some other properties. Kindly suggest what options are available and what rent range this property can generate monthly after construction.
