Dear All,
I have a one canal plot in DHA lahore phase 9, for this I have received a letter from DHA that I have to pay 1.9 million plus over a period of three years in development charges.
I would appreciate your comment on the consequences of delaying the payments or being not able to make the payments.

You have to pay fine for each day you delay with rate mentioned in your letter. Its better to pay on time. |

The fine is 91 rupees per day per installment for one kanal, 61 for 10 marla and 41 rupees for 5 marla per installment per day. |
