(i)Ext G-1308 is a boundary plot and off ground, current market value is around 25-26 Lacs.
(ii) South 1030 have a market value of 36-37 Lacs.
(iii) While OLC B-91 have a market value of 33 Lacs.

1) 1190 D Ext.
2) 1225 D Ext.

(i) D-1190 have a market value around 40 Lacs.
(ii) And D-1225 is at near boundary, have a market value of 38,39 Lacs.

Mubeen sab. you have less infomation.... 1308 not off ground... you say one client that olc b boundery off ground plot arround 31 to 32 lac ... and my plot of olc b good location plot ..arround 33.... what a assesment.... and in LRE ...PLOT FOR SALE ... ON YOUR SITE.....PRICE ARE VERY DIFFRENT..... WHEN CLIENT SAY... THAT IS OTHER THING... BUT THANKS. |
