Hi all,

please check the latest DHA phase 09 prism images,
It can be clearly seen that prism is becoming in shape and even some smaller roads in block K, E, N, C, etc. are visible and main roads are almost in shape now.

Prism is on top line hot locations in Lahore in near future
"In shaa ALLAH" Fast track develoment can be visibily seen on google maps.

Dear Ammar
I hope you have gone through the above video regarding PRISM of CMY. That explain a lot to you as well as Market directions audio from CMY
Secondly
Commercials are always good gainers than Residentials.
But By selling Residentials in Prism & buying Commercial in 7 should not be a good move in my opinion. You should be more vigilant to make that move by consulting CMY. In my opinion if you plan to buy a Commericial you should consider PRISM Commercial in the current senerio. If I have to make that move I will certainely adopt the following choices according to my budget in order of priorty.
1. Commercial of Zone 1 in PRISM
2. Commercial of oval complex inner circle PRISM
3. Commecial of 9 town.
But hopefully for Investment purpose if you have same value of Residentials in PRISM depending upon location may be my choice will be to retain these Residentials till their maturity. But if my Ultimate goal is Rental Income than my priorty will be different.

My idea for selling Prism residentals and buying 1 Phase 7 commercial was based on Phase 7 commercial file current price.
I don't have budget to buy commercial in prism.
We have 1 good location 1 K and 1 avg location 1 K plots in prism.
We can only buy commercial file in phase 7 due to budget constraint as you said yourself, commercial are always good gainer as compared to residentals.
But Phase 7 location is not ideal if we compare with other phase like 6,8, prism or even 9 town and that's make me indecisive.

So What do you think which one would be better from future growth point of view?

Keeping in view your current circumstances I would suggest you to hold your good location in PRISM & try to convert your average into good location if you can
"In shaa ALLAH" hopefully gives you good gains in comming future.
