I want to know which one is best for investment purpose of 5 marla plot for 3 years.How much jump you will see in 5 marla prism vs 5 marla in bahria orchard.Which one is good for investment.
Considering 5 marla in J Block.
and 5 marla in Bahria orchard.
If any other good option also please mention.

Brother there is no comparison of these (Prism vs Orchard)
following factors:
1. Prism Location is far better.
2. Orchard already developed and for off-ground not recommended.
3. Prism undeveloped and it may take 5 years to get possession (few blocks can get possession some early)
4. Since your purpose is purely Investment so my vote goes for Prism.
Rest Allah knows what will happen in future so better to research fully and on site before investing your hard earned money. |

Good location 5 marla j block 37 to 45 max with 4 paid.Where you will see it after 3 years.
More over avg location of B orchard 30 to 35.
Let suppose today dha plot 40 and bahria 30 lac then where you will see both of them after 3 years. |

Orchard is fully developed , by the time prism got possession the Orchard will be thickly populated and will be way ahead. Development standard of Bahria is also better then DHA. Only advantage Prism has over Orchard is better location |
