1 K Dha phase 7 or two files dha phase 10

Please compare these above two options only with pros and cons.

I wanted to add one more thing that phase 10 file at the moment is at 5.7 m and adding approximately 3 m for development it becomes 9 m thus the rate may drop in near by. So it should be catch by that time

dear sir, 12 million can get you a decent plot in Prism, CMY today shared latest situation in Prism, last week CMY discussed Prism in detail

Please go through those videos, you'll be in better position to decide and have a clear idea of ph7 Vs Prism

Ph10 is very long term, i suggest buy a decent location in Prism before it goes high, latest videos show good onground development and it will push prices upward there, moreover ring road and bedian road widening will add more

you can buy one each
DHA Multan
DHA Gujranwala
DHA Bahawalpur

Vgood gain as compared to ph10, Lahore

Compare only these two options. ONLY ONLY these two
Options I repeat . Please give details also. Reason backed by facts.

I do not want to say any thing negative on any other phase because it is people hard earn money invested.

sir, there is no comparison between dha7 and dha10
dha7 is almost ready, can make house, all upcoming attractions are known, all plots are clearly visible with exact locations, one has very clear understanding what and where he is buying

dha10 is just a file that will take many years to take shape
